Hi, I'm hoping you can help me figure out a problem with a Toshiba projection TV I've got.
Whenever a really light shade of blue appears on the top third of the screen, green horizontal lines run though it. It's only on the one color, though, and I'm not sure if this is a settings problem or a problem with the TV that would need to be serviced. Any advice you can give would be great! Thanks!
