New member Username: ChibagePost Number: 1 Registered: Jun-05 | Hi I recently purchased an HP AMD Athlon64 3200 512 mb RAM 2.2.Gh. My question concerns the Burning video onto DVDs. I have captured the video in MPEG2 format using Video Wave professional by Roxio. It wasn't a problem, and it amounted to about 2.8 gigs on the hard drive. Trying to burn it on the DVD using the burner that recognize DVD+R DVDs has been a nightmare. I went ahead and created the menus and titles, and clicked on Burn. Two bars appeared to be showing that it was burning. It says step 1 of 2, and then hangs up forever. It spoiled some of my blank DVDs. I end up just powering off the machine again and again, and I am so frustrated. Please help, and I am new in the DVD burning world. |

I have Dell dimension DIM4500 Intel® Pentium ® 4 CPU 1.80 GHz, 1.79 GHz, 640 MB of Ram computer with Microsoft Windows XP, home edition, version 2002, service pack 2. Ihave PC Friendly DVD player, 1998. I have the CD/DVD rom drive, 3 1/2 slot and an empty slot. Can anyone recommend what DVD burning program to buy. External or internal, I don't care. I'd like one not to complicated. Thanks |
