Trying to connect a TV, VCR & DVD to a Philips FR951 receiver. Using A and B speakers. Only problem that I have is speaker static. Any ideas on how to eliminate this annoying noise?

Also, just static coming from the Left A & B speakers.

The receiver probably needs a good cleaning. Dirty contacts on switches, pots and connectors are most often the problem causing "static".
