what model bro? I have 2 of the 600 watt models..

are these the newer ones your talking about or the models like mine?

hifonics are ok amps for cheaper and I myself use a legacy amp for super cheap becuase it has a phase-out switch and a sub sonic filter built in.

just depends on what you want to spend.

mono amps can power as many subs as you want them to, as long you wire the subs correctly. What about this amp. http://www.electronicgiant.net/catalog/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=20&prod ucts_id=3848&osCsid=7cc1bc6d04a94141e517e8df0b944997

since he has 2 of those subs he'd need 2 amps at that rating wouldn't he? that's why i was looking for a higher rated one or a 1 ohm amp for them ;).

If they are L5's and rated at 600rms I would push 400-500 to each. That will get them moving real good but won't push them. The square kicker subs are pretty good, even though some people would disagree. I have heard them and they don't have the tight bass as the smaller eclipses/MTX/CVR/and Alpine but those squares will pound you right in the gut pretty good.
