I just bought the Alpine CDA 9851 2 days ago and it has decided to not let me insert any cds, the face plate should move and I should be able to put in a cd but the tilt feature does not work and neither does the open and close feature. Any help would be appreciated I really dont wanna get another unit unless i have to so a remedy would be nice. Thank you.
