i was looking at ebay for a 1/0 gauge wiring kit and i found this which happens to be the cheapest and exactly what i need and i wanted to know what people think about it

wiring can only be so bad, you should be safe. The fact that its coiled up in the packaging shows that its flexible enough for most installs.

No they don't. As long as you have a "good" shielded RCA and "decent" power wire, and you run it correctly (power wire on one side of the car, RCA on the other, and keep them away from the alternator/whipers/heater motor/etc.) you'll be fine.
