Gold Member Username: GlasswolfWisteria, Lane USA Post Number: 8222 Registered: Dec-03 | if you have a two channel amplifier, yes you can get a stereo 2 ohm load with a pair of dual 4 ohm coil subs If you have a mono amp and two 4 ohm DVC subs, you'll need a 1 ohm stable amp, or an amp that puts out desired power at 4 ohms. you won't get a 2 ohm mono load with that sub configuration. |

Silver Member Username: JaackdethUnited States Post Number: 212 Registered: Sep-04 | Josh, look again, it says that 2 Dual voice coils that are 4ohms can be wired to 2 DVC drivers with Voice Coils in Parallel / Parallel Connecting the voice coils of each driver in parallel (+ to +, - to -) and the drivers themselves in parallel (+ to +, etc.) will result in the following impedances: Dual-6 Ohm Subwoofers: 1.5 Ohms Dual-4 Ohm Subwoofers: 1 Ohm Dual-2 Ohm Subwoofers: 0.5 Ohm |

I try to be clear about the load per coil so as not to get mixed up. |
