I just purchased an Alienware Media Center PC.I love everything about the setup including the Media Center portion of the OS but.....the picture quality is horrible. Also, I'm not able to get my HD content via Cox Cable TV in San Diego.
I'm thinking maybe I'm not hooking this thing up properly or is picture quality within Media Center not up to par?
Secondly, is there anything I can do to get my HD content? Someone recommended a SA4200HD Cable Box. What is this and what does it do?
