1. A 25" Thomson that started to make a cracking noise and going to standby, this appeared to happen randomly - Now powers up for 30 seconds and then goes back to standby every time.
2. A 12" Matsui TV/VCR that works fine as a TV but when a video is put in all you get is Audio with snow instead of the picture.
Any help ideas (apart from dumping em in the bin) greatfully accepted.
Please, P-L-E-A-S-E, don't take this as a severe criticism, but you need to start buying better products, if you expect any service life out of them.
Thomson is a French company, and everything they make sucks! France hasn't had their collective heads screwed on straight since the days of Napoleon Bonaparte...
And, Matsui? They are largely owned and produced in the UK - another bunch of losers! The only thing Japanese about them is the name.
Plunk down some money! Like most things - you only get what you pay for...
