My question is if I use Svideo out on my dvd player to svideo in(video 1) on my reciever and have RCA out to the tv for video 1. Should it display a picture or does the TV have to have s-video also to use svideo on the dvd player to reciever?? I cant get the dvd player and reciever to work with svideo and I am wondering if it is because of the tv. I thought that the reciever would convert the svideo signal to the rca so it would display...not sure |

I bought a Svideo-Rca adapter and it works fine with that. I guess that is the only soloution since my TV does not have svideo. |
