Does any one know if i can connect a jl audio 1000/1 mono amp to a 2004 BMW 545i easialy with out any problems

That amp won't work on your BMW with stock alternator. Well you can use it as long as you keep the volume down.
Why don't you upgrade the stock to HO alternator?

No, you have no choice. JL 1000/1 amps eat up lot of current in your car. And I heard BMW's electronic components are very sensitive.
