I bought a new Onkyo 702 it's 7.1 channels 100watts and so on. I also have a samsaung HD DVD player with Infinity TS450 speakers with a seperate Infinity center. I'm running DVI from the DVD player to the TV which is a 42' HDTV and a fiberopti cable to the back of my receiver. All else is component monster cables. The problem I'm having is when I'm playing a movie or at the setup area I get popping noises coming form the speakers? I've called onkyo and they said I'm the first to call with that problem. I went back to Circuitcity and had them hook up my unit and it did the same thing and theirs did to?? So I noticed that when running just Red/yell/white it doesn't do it?? I have all speakers set to small, great connections with 18 gauge wires)THX) and gold tips. So I don't know what to do?

Suggest to Onkyo you be the first to get your receiver fixed for that problem. If they don't like your suggestion, you could make it a demand.
