I am having problems reseting the cards. power = is on ground = is on i/o = is at pin 2 on serial port clock = is on.xtal T18.482 with 2 22 uf capacitors brown black and yellow resistor accross the crystal,,, running threw an 74hCT04N inverter. connected to the clock pin. reset = resistor from V++ to RST & 10 uf capacitor from RST to ground. the reset switch is conected to drain the capacitor when pressed. SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT??? i probed the reciver Por = "Power on reset" the i/o is high on the reciever pin?
