hi, I bought a sony mini dv, i downloaded the softare provided with it to my computer, when i connect the mini dv to the pc using usb cable, the software opens automatically like its supposed, but only to edit and manage images that were supposed to be downloaded. how can i transfer thouse images to the pc? can anyone help please
