One of the things I'm looking for in a new camera is the ability is to convert an individual frame of video into a still picture (I'm not talking about the still shot features available on some cameras).
What features should I be looking for in a new camera that would allow the highest quality freeze frame? Are any of the video editing software packages better at this particular task?
