Hello: I have a pansat 2500A, when I go to the tv guide, it does not show what movie is playing the times etc... like it says it should on the manual... any reason why?

None of them work. Go to dishnet.com and under programming you will find tv guide. YOu also can order Sattelite Orbit Magazine.
