My PIP doesnt work with Cable Box,but does when not hooked up to it. I can't figure it out.

What brand of TV? Many displays will only PIP two analog signals (which you will get without the STB). When you run the RF signal into the STB and try to display an analog channel and a digital channel it will not work, likewise with two digital channels. Sony's will in fact do this but most other brands will not.
