FTA - Starchoice and ExpressVu Allowed To Watch In Canada?

Hi, I live in Canada I was wondering if I got a FTA receiver and pointed it to a ExpressVu or Starchoice Satellite if it's illegal? I know it's not illegal to watch Dish Network for sure. Thanks

It is only legal if you tell bev that you are reciving thier stations and they charge you to use their service
