PC World has posted a nice comparison chart of the feature and specification differences between the Apple iPad 2, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, HP TouchPad, and BlackBerry PlayBook.
Commentary
On specs alone the Motorola Xoom appears to be the best choice, but the iPad 2 is still the gold-standard of tablets to beat with superior usability, beautiful design, longer battery life and about 65,000 more apps.
Also, it would seem the BlackBerry PlayBook, HP TouchPad and Samsung Tab 10.1 are already out-classed and they haven't even been released yet.
Which one will you buy?
