We had a problem with vertical lines 1 inch apart showing up on the screen that after a couple times out from the tech it was discovered that is was the light engine. This was all done through an extended warranty company and took 2-weeks for them to get the part and since they only come in the the area 2 times a week, it took another week for them to come out and replace.
Since then, the picture looks horrible and no matter what we do with the settings available, we cannot get it looking as good as it used to. Barring having to waste another morning away from work to have the tech come in again, does anyone know how to access the service menu so I can make adjustments? I have someone who can help me with the adjustments but we need to access the part of the system.
